Lindsey Ralston is a Sumner County native, having grown up in Hendersonville, where she attended Hendersonville High School. After graduating from HHS, Lindsey attended the University of Tennessee, where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha. After thoroughly enjoying her time in Knoxville, Lindsey decided to return home to finish her undergraduate degree at Austin Peay State University.
After earning her Bachelor's Degree, Lindsey attended Nashville School of Law, where she obtained her law degree in 2011. After passing the bar, Lindsey began working for a large firm in Nashville, where she handled Social Security Disability, Workers' Compensation, and Personal Injury cases.
Her focus areas of practice include: Family Law (Divorce, Custody, etc.), Social Security Disability, and Personal Injury. In addition to practicing law, Lindsey is also listed by the Supreme Court of Tennessee as a Rule 31 Mediator. Lindsey has successfully mediated hundreds of Family Law Cases, and she really enjoys this area of her practice.
Lindsey is a member and Past President of the Sumner County Bar Association, charter member and Past President of the Hendersonville Evening Rotary Club, and she was a founding member and Past Vice - President of the Junior Service League of Hendersonville. In addition to her love of the law and her passion for helping others, Lindsey also has a passion for traveling, scuba diving, and spending time on the lake; and she dearly treasures her time with her Husband and family, and her two Golden Retrievers, Maya and Millie.
